Privacy

The information entered by the client on this platform is used solely for the purpose of delivering the client's order. Line up Trade Inc. does not sell or share its customers' information with third parties.


Shipping and Deliveries

Line up Trade Inc. has the ability to ship or deliver orders within 1 to 3 business days throughout the national territory, after the order cancellation has been made effective. Secure shipping nationwide via Uno express or Servientrega.

If for reasons of force majeure such as natural phenomena (heavy rains, floods, landslides, etc.) or due to dangerous socio-political conditions (strikes, roadblocks, looting, etc.) the order is delayed more than the stipulated time, Line up Trade Inc will contact the customer to let them know the causes of the delay in shipping or delivery.


Changes

Line up Trade Inc. will honor the exchange of a product as long as it is due to size or manufacturing defects. In the event that the change occurs due to error on the part of our company, Line up Trade Inc. will be responsible for the amounts related to the shipment. If, on the other hand, the change is made due to the customer's mistake, the customer will bear the costs related to shipping.

Line up Trade Inc. will not accept exchanges on products that do not have their original manufacturer labels with which they were shipped.

Line up Trade Inc. will not accept exchanges due to misuse of the product or damage on the part of the Transportation company.

Line up Trade Inc. will not give refunds for exchanges, the client will be offered the possibility of exchanging a product for another of equal or greater value, in the second case the client must cover the difference.


Payment against delivery

This payment method is only available for clients who withdraw at our location in Rio Mar Villages (San Carlos – Panama Oeste) or at our Transistmica Megastorage warehouse in Panama City.


ACH or Transfers

Line up Trade Inc. will ship orders made by transfer or ACH after the amount has been reflected in our account, this may take up to 3 business days depending on the bank from which the transfer originates.
