Domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, nationwide via Uno express or Servientrega, while international orders may take up to 10-15 business days to arrive.

2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package as well as the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking: You can track the status of your order at all times through your Line Up Trade account or by using the tracking number we will provide you once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Issues: If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

5. Exchanges and Returns: If you wish to exchange or return a product, please consult our exchange and returns policy.

6. Restrictions: We are unable to ship products to certain areas due to shipping restrictions. If your delivery address is in one of these areas, we will notify you and offer alternative options.
